  • We will be getting underway shortly. Going the entire draft so find a good spot and buckle in for the 5 hour ride.
by James Borbath at 6/25/2009 10:49:59 PM
  • Not even NBA players yet and the watches are sparkling from where I sit.

  • As you may have heard we have had a few trades. Shaq to Cavs, Vince to Orlando so that is probably a good place to start.
by James Borbath at 6/25/2009 11:00:06 PM
  • Where can i look the nba draft LIVE one internet because i dont have TV anymore
    by Ricky

    by Nat
  • Nat, representin' London-town!
by Scott Carefoot at 6/25/2009 11:02:55 PM
  • yea england has 0 nba coverage i can confirm
by Nat at 6/25/2009 11:03:14 PM
  • So this pre-draft trade action has been pretty boring, huh? Shaq to Cleveland, Vince to Orlando... YAWN. Wake me up when the real action starts.
by Scott Carefoot at 6/25/2009 11:03:41 PM
  • Scott I just started to mention the big trades to start off before we get to Blake Griffin.
by James Borbath at 6/25/2009 11:03:42 PM
  • question for the xperts: does johnny flynn have the handle and distribution skills to be a true nba pt guard?
    by hootchandcootch
  • Raps better not pick Holiday.
    by Paul Milou
  • by James Borbath at 6/25/2009 11:04:10 PM
  • flynn is the real deal
by Nat at 6/25/2009 11:04:17 PM
  • hootch: I think so. His size (or lack thereof) is his main question mark
by Scott Carefoot at 6/25/2009 11:04:22 PM
  • you should read holly mack's piece she wrote on the score about him
by Nat at 6/25/2009 11:04:40 PM
  • Paul: I don't think Holiday is on the Raptors' radar. The 2 most likely picks are DeMar DeRozan and James Johnson
by Scott Carefoot at 6/25/2009 11:04:52 PM
  • I agree Jonny Flynn is the truth and unfortunate that he has been on the rise so much I doubt Raps can get him if they stay at 9.
by James Borbath at 6/25/2009 11:05:11 PM
  • lakers sold their pick
by Nat at 6/25/2009 11:05:34 PM
  • Good. I'm cool with either of those two. Raps need help at 2 and 3.
    by Paul Milou
  • will do, Nat, thanks
    by hootchandcootch
  • Some say Holiday is Scott but I think he would be a bad choice. Young and has a lot to prove saw him play a couple times and I felt less than impressed.
by James Borbath at 6/25/2009 11:06:11 PM
  • scott: according to holly - Holiday and Derozan are the two guys on the top of the Raps list
by Nat at 6/25/2009 11:06:16 PM
  • What are the odds that the T-Wolves will trade all their players except for Love for picks and end up with picks 1-4?
    by Pompey Canuck
  • slim to none
by James Borbath at 6/25/2009 11:06:38 PM
  • So when does it get underway exactly, my cable is out BOO!
    by Paul Milou
  • Pompey: My feeling is that the T-Wolves will try to trade 2 of their picks for the Grizzlies' #2 pick
by Scott Carefoot at 6/25/2009 11:06:55 PM
  • Likely first pick little after 7:30
by James Borbath at 6/25/2009 11:07:00 PM
  • is this Amare trade going to happen??
by Nat at 6/25/2009 11:07:03 PM
  • Just a rumor right now, Nat. But the way Phoenix is playing right now, I wouldn't put it past them
by Scott Carefoot at 6/25/2009 11:07:31 PM
  • Any chance Turkoglu comes to T.O now that they got VC
    by Luka
  • Is Steve Nash demanding a trade the heck off the Suns...I would.
by James Borbath at 6/25/2009 11:07:35 PM
  • I hope not, Luka. He wants $10 million plus and he's not worth that
by Scott Carefoot at 6/25/2009 11:07:48 PM
  • Wheres Amare going?
    by Paul Milou
  • Amare is likely going to the wizards
    by Marcus
  • Hedo may not remain in Orlando according to folks on NBA-TV
by James Borbath at 6/25/2009 11:08:05 PM
  • i could be happy with hedo.. i am not sold marion works in toronto
by Nat at 6/25/2009 11:08:14 PM
  • Andre Aldridge was suggesting that earlier today.
by James Borbath at 6/25/2009 11:08:22 PM
  • with Orlando going with vince that essentially squashes any idea of hedo staying i think
by Nat at 6/25/2009 11:08:37 PM
  • Nat: I like Marion a lot better than Hedo. Marion is a better rebounder and defender, and that's where the Raptors need help
by Scott Carefoot at 6/25/2009 11:08:40 PM
  • Hedo's decision-making and shot selection drive me NUTS
    by Paul Milou
