Tune in at 10:00 PM ET as the Canucks take on the Kings in Game Four of their Western Conference Quarterfinal series. Patrick Pellegrini will be liveblogging for your enjoyment.
Hello and Welcome to this evenings Game 4 blog for the Kings and Canucks. The blog will get underway as soon as the 3rd period finishes up in Ottawa.
Corey Schneider will be the starting goalie for Vancouver while Quick remains in goal for the Kings.
Ottawa and New York skate to a 2-2 tie through 60 minutes. They are headed to overtime as we are set for puck drop here in LA.
The players are on the ice for the anthem. Clearly visible is Canucks Daniel Sedin.
Looking around the NHL tonight the teams that really had to win have played a solid game. Will Vancouver be able to do the same? My guess is yes but in a much more controlled way compared to the Penguins outbreak. Regardless should be a great game!
We are underway in Game 4!
First whistle of the game goes against the Kings as they are called for icing.
Schneider makes his first save of the game and holds on for the whistle.
