Tune in at 8:30 PM ET as the Lions take on the Bears. Gino Bottero will be liveblogging for your enjoyment.
Welcome everyone! I'll be live blogging tonight's game between the Chicago Bears and Detroit Lions.
No real notable inactives tonight. Kevin Smith for the Lions and Alshon Jeffery for the Bears stand out, but no surprises there.
Remember that the last time these teams met, Matt Stafford and D.J. Moore had an altercation on an interception return that led to a brawl. We'll see if there are any repercussions from that incident tonight.
Welcome, m33. I think we'll see a better effort from the Lions than most people are expecting.
I think Cutler may need to watch his back tonight. The Lions may be looking for revenge from last season's incident with D.J. Moore.
Check out the betting preview that I posted earlier.
They can be so explosive on offense. This is a great game for them to get back on trap, working on the Monday Night stage.
I'm sure plenty of radio stations are covering the game.
Glad to be of service. Should be a good one tonight.
The odds are definitely stacked against Matt Stafford as he'll face off against the tough Bears secondary that has five pick-6s on the season.
The kid is for real. It's a shame Santana Moss fumbled away a chance at a potentially heroic game-winning drive.
The Bears would definitely prefer to get Forte rolling on the ground and limit Cutler's throws. In their loss to Detroit last season, Cutler threw 38 times. When they beat Detroit, he threw 19 passes.
Not much. No upsets this week.
They're about ready to begin in Chicago. Detroit won the toss and will start with the football.
15:00 No return on the kick. Detroit will start at their own 20.
14:52 Stafford threw right for Johnson but Tillman was there to break it up, Leshoure stumbled after receiving the handoff, then got up and gained 4 up the middle. 3rd and 6 coming up.
14:09 Stafford stepped up in the pocket and hit a wide open Calvin Johnson who would have had plenty of room to run but he dropped the ball.
