Welcome everyone! I'll be live blogging tonight's game between the fifth-ranked LSU Tigers and the No. 1 Alabama Crimson Tide.
These teams met back in January in the National Championship Game. Alabama won, 21-0. These teams also met 363 days ago in the "Game of the Century." LSU won that meeting, 9-6.
LSU has failed to score a touchdown in each of their last two meetings with Alabama.
These teams have met six times since Nick Saban joined Alabama. LSU has won three of those games by a combined 13 points, while Alabama won their three by a margin of 36 points.
Last year's regular season meeting between these teams brought CBS its highest rating for a college football game since Notre Dame v. Miami in 1989.
